Apply for a role.

Applying to work for us here at Wellburn couldnโ€™t be easier. Take a look at the roles and jobs we have available. If we have an opportunity that you like the look of, simply click apply, fill in the application form with your details, submit your CV and leave the rest to us.

Interview process.

Our interview process has been designed to give you the fairest opportunity to succeed. Our interviews are generally led by the Home Manager, and will include other members of the team. This will be your opportunity to shine - be your wonderful, confident self.

What happens next.

Once all interviews have concluded, a debriefing session will take place amongst the hiring team, considering each potential candidate before we select the candidate we feel will be right for the role. Weโ€™ll then be in touch and if successful, offer you the role.
