A little glimpse into
what it’s like to work
at family run Wellburn.

We’re a little different to most other businesses.

Our ethos is as much to do with personality as it is about qualifications. We need people to fit in and be part of the team, part of the family.

Most companies operate under the premise that employees should be replaceable like parts of an assembly line. Here at Wellburn, we choose our people more carefully. We hire them because we think they’ll be a good fit, carefully selecting people with qualities and values that match our own.

This isn’t about where you’ve been. This is about where you’re going.
