We’re a family-run business.
Our lovely family-run business operates a little differently to a lot of other businesses, because our recruitment policy is as much to do with personality as it is about qualifications. We need new starters to fit in and be part of the team, part of the family.
Our approach.
We prefer to talk directly to our team about what’s really important to us and some of the things we’ll be expecting from them. We then leave it to our staff to bring their own personality, skill sets and individualism to the role.
