Here at Wellburn, we like to do things differently. We place our staff and our culture at the heart of everything we do, and so when we set out to create a set of values that genuinely represents who we are, we steered against writing rules or rigid corporate language. These values have been shaped by our Home Managers through observing our people, learning from feedback and recognising the colleagues who truly make a difference, so we better understand the real, everyday culture within our teams.

So, let us introduce you to our newest additions: our Family of Values.

Our Family of Values represents who we are - a set of values we already see our staff living and breathing every day. We celebrate your individuality, alongside a shared belief that everything we do should be rooted in love, care, dedication, and togetherness. We may all be different, but we are stronger as one big, happy family.

These reflect the qualities you already embody, and we’ll continue celebrating and nurturing them together. Here, everyone is encouraged to show up, shine, care, and belong.
